can I ask you the following questions -

a.how long had you been on the pill for?
b. how long did it take for your cycle to go back to normal?
c. how long did it take to get pg?

a) 10 years
b) No time at all
c) Just over 3 months!

first baby:

a) 2 years
b) one month
c) one try

second baby

a) 5 years
b) one month
c) two tries

I was on the pill for just over 2 years this time
My cycle was 28/29 days before so went back to that
Came off pill end of July 08 but didnt start trying properly until about Nov and have a feeling my periods came back properly in Jan but not certain as may have been an early m/c
Got pregnant Feb but m/c at 5 weeks
Pregnant again end march and now 9 weeks

b and c) had one withdrawal bleed, one proper period ( 28 day cycle each time)and then was pg, both times.

straight into 27 day cycle
14 months (but a miscarriage before then)

a)6 years or so.
b)it didn't- the morning I found out I was pregnant I was thinking of going to the doctors to ask if everything was normal, my cycle was about 35 days, whereas before I went on the pill it was always 28 days. Luckily I did a test before going to the doctors (was convinced it was going to be negative)
c)6 months.

a) 4 years; 1.5 years; 1.5 years
b) No period pregnant by the end of month x 3
c) No period pregnant by the end of month x 3

VERY careful thereafter

a) 16 years (blimey that makes me sound old)
b) Normal straight away for 3 months and then was 3 weeks late for no apparent reason (with 3 neg pregnancy tests so def not preg!)
c) 5 months (calender months that is)

Oops - sorry, don't know why that posted twice.
