Possible Minor Infection?

What could a possible minor infection in the urine be? Had my urine test at 10 weeks.

Have since heard from my GP who said results were not clear either way and have to test again. Anyone had similar experience or had a water infection of some kind?
'enterococci' was the word he used as to what was found, bowel bacteria i believe that we all have - anyone?
