Cramp pain under bump when streching

Hi,

I've noticed that i've been getting a sharpe cramping pain under my bump for a few seconds when i stretch out at night, do you think its just ligament pain??? 28 weeks preg.

I get this if I stretch out or stretch my legs.

Must be ligaments.

My advice - stop stretching and get yourself a kitkat instead.

I get the same as well, mainly if I'm stretching in bed and trying to turn over. I've been assured it is normal.

yep, sounds like ligament pain.
