NIPPLES! Any advice on sore nips?

Not sure if this is pregnancy related or not. I am 34 wks PG.

My nipples have gone a bit swollen and red looking around the rim and the skin has gone really dry and flaky.

Any ideas?

Mine have been doing that mine got better when I changed bra as I had got bigger and the bra was rubbing them. I also used vaseline for the dry skin as I have sensitive skin and am allergic to alot of creams but vaseline worked for me.

Lansinoh cream. You can use it during breast feeding too.

Yep i think the Lansinoh works best and the earth mama one is pretty good too

Thanks everyone, yes i used that when i was BF last time, just never had sore nips BEFORE BF! Yet another joy to add to the endless of pregnancy treats!
