Maternity tights / jeans for shorties??

I'm 5'2 and was a size 8 but already have enormous bump at 2 months and have grown out of everything. Can anyone recommend good thick denier maternity tights that don't cut into your belly and good jeans for small people with short legs.

Blooming Marvellous did fab short length jeans (I'm 5'1 and they were perfect length on me) ... lovely stretchy band waist ... I lived in them. About £30 if I remember right. I'd offer them to you, as they are size 8, but I'm hoping I may need them in a few months again

Can't help with the tights.

Jeans - Dorothy Perkins do short length and various basic styles: wide, skinny, bootcut. I found them the best as the ones I got had the adjustable elastics at the side which did me for months as find the jersey side or over bump type are generally too big & fall down even in last month. Next do short lengths too but tend to do fashion jeans rather than basics.

Tights - avoid Mothercare. went saggy & fell down all the time after just one wash. found H&M good in past but not bought recently as lasted from last time. wish had gone back instead of Mothercare when ripped my last black pair.

How do you find their tights generally?

I wore H&M tights last time and they were really good- otherwise, Seraphine do maternity tights and trousers in 3 different lengths.
