Babba laying low

Helloo guys,

Was wondering if you could shed some light for me? Am 33 weeks pg and all the way through i've had a really low laying bump. All day today i've been feeling pretty uncomfortable either le babba is kicking me in the cervix or these are the famous Braxton Hicks I hear so much about?? It's like pressure then a quick twanging down there. Maybe from about 20 weeks I was getting the whole rippling across the tummy muscles which is what I assummed a braxton hicks was.

I'm totally unsure, is it normal for a baby to be trying to kick his way out? I feel like i'm going to drop him on the pavement, hehe.

This is my 2nd baby but I can't remember feeling this heavy this soon last time. I had a very quick labour last time too so am a bit worried it's all going to kick off before i've realised whats happenning.

And they say you know better second time around

I have felt exactly the same on my second pg like baby is stomping cervix or trying to burrow its way out. It turns out my baby is already 3/5 engaged at my last appointment which was about a week ago I am also 33 weeks pg. Out of interest my first was a boy this is apparently a girl I wondered if the low carrying was due to different sex. are yours the same.

Ooh thank you slushy, am not alone then.

This one's a little man and my first was a gal so maybe not a sex thing.

Been at work all day jumping and twitching in my seat, you can't really say ooh baby just kicked me in the &*^^Y can you LOL

Seeing midwife next week so will ask her to check if he's head down. Thanks for your reply x
