just pregnant stomach ache

hi all im just pregnant but have got constant stomach ache like a dull pain or heavy if u know what i mean theres no bleeding or anythin had a lot of miscarriages but never had this dull ache im on prednisolone to try and help me stay pregnant any one got any comforting words for me its driving me mad thanks xxx

i had that all the way through the first 12 weeks - usually a sign of the womb growing i think.

I had period type pains at the beginning of both my pregnancy, have a 2yr old and currently at 35 weeks of my second pregnancy. Good luck, I know there are so many niggly aches and pains to worry about. Also I had aches at about 20 weeks which I think was just everything stretching.

I had really awful period pains for the first 3 months or so. On its own it doesnt mean anything bad, it is very common

Im 5 weeks pregnant and this is my first so as you can imagine I am a bag of nerves, but my dr told me the following which relaxed me a bit:

pains without bleeds is ok, bleeding without pain is ok, and possibly together is ok but get it checked out.

I have had period pains and dull aching pains for the last couple of weeks and although every pain I have I have a quick concern about I dont worry unduly now, so just try and relax as stressing will not help you or the baby.
