pain by belly button

Hi,

I am 32 weeks pregnant with a baby that is transverse lie. The problem is that it has its hands/arm/elbows right below my belly button and when moving makes me very tender. My whole stomach is rock hard except for the 2/3cm just around my belly button which is soft and tender is this normal?

Mine does that and you can see a ripple push my button out sometimes. When you get into the 3rd tri kicks can be uncomfortable.
