Backache in early pregnancy

My backache is still here-it started when I bent down completely normally to pick up a newspaper. I have been sat down all day with a cushion behind my back and it is still here. It feels like I have strained something somehow-any tips to relieve it?

I suffer with bad back whether pg or not and pg seems to double the pain I use heat bags or hot water bottles as meds out of question.
