Hi,
For my first two DC, I knew I was pregnant one day after doing the Deed, till I obviously gave birth. This time I am 11 weeks, and whilst I felt pregnant for a while, I certainly don't have that wierd All Knowing inner feeling any more. I can't see that my stomach is getting any bigger, I dont feel sick any more, my boobs never felt sore anyway... so basically I have no physical symptoms to help me believe I Am still pregnant, though equally, I've not had any bleeding. Sigh, I know I am overworrying, but I really feel a bit scared, and it's another week till my appointment and next scan. Nowhere else to post this really.

Are your current DCs the same sex? I always "felt pregnant" with my DD. But with DS I didn't until about 15 weeks.

Maybe it is just because your symptoms are calming down as you get further into the pregnancy.

I'm sorry you're feeling like this, it's very frightening. I only felt symptoms for a single week with my first pregnancy - luckily I had no internet to terrify me - and no 12-week scan back then either. Still my baby was fine and is now 17 years old! If you are lucky your midwife would be able to hear the heartbeat at 11 weeks (mine heard the heartbeat at 10 weeks in my current pregnancy, much to my surprise, as the technology has come on so much). If you are really worried perhaps it would be worth phoning her to ask?

It's very common to feel like this at this stage where everything calms down and you have an absence of symptoms. We naturally assume the worst but honestly there's no need to, I think lots of us feel that way and hold our breaths til we see the heartbeat on the scan.

To tell you the truth, I did several pregnancy tests when I found out I was pregnant, and at least three of them were several weeks AFTER I found out, just to put my mind at rest. lol

You will be fine
