Are you asking, is it worth sleeping in a bra or is it worth buying specific bras to sleep in. I have big boobs so need a bra to sleep in, plus in the early days you can get very leaky so need breast pads. I had a sleep bra but ended up wearing a day bra as the sleep bra wasn't supportive enough. So, in short, I think you will probably need to sleep in a bra in the early days because of leaks, but no you probably don't need a special sleep bra. Hope that makes sense!!!

I bought normal nursing bras and wore them to bed. I am quite generously sized and don't find the sleep bras supportive enough. I would say you need something otherwise they will be heavy and uncomfortable. Smaller women I know find the normal nursing bras unbearable to sleep in and use a sleep one.
