DUE TODAY and feeling great!!!!

Hello everybody,
Mums, babys and mummys 2 B!!
Well iv made it to my due date, today is the day that baby should make an appearance into the world, Ad few pains last few days well since saturday (explained in my other thread- opinions please).
Iv woke up 2day and i feel GREAT, iv hooverd the house top to bottom cleaned and been in the bath ad a nice long soak ahhhhhh!! This is the total opposite that i thort id be feeling today!!
Yesterday i had diarrhoea which is weird for me as im usually struggling to go, ad a lot ov constipation tru my pregnancy.
Well just thort id post as im excited!! Hope u are all well xxxxx

my mum took me for a long walk round town on my due date
baby arrived 6.30am next morning

Im going to town soon, dont know wether its a gud idea o not!! But wanna go get sum bits and peices, hubby says he will go later after work but ya know men hel 4get half the stuff LOL.
I cant believe how im feeling!! I know it wont last tho. :-) xx

Well after a busy busy in town and cleaning ect keeping mesel busy i needed a lie down b4, started with a real achey back, so maybe took the gud feeling for granted and dun too much, but id rather be kept busy than sitting about!!
Not feeling too bad at min, not had many pains just few twinges low down, seeing midwife tomorrow she didnt think last week that i wud make it to my app tomorrow but looks like i will.
As long as baby is happy and okay im happy for it to remain in there till he/she is ready xxxxx

Don't do anything know for the rest of the day and take it easy tomorrow too. You need to be rested enough to go through labour.

Im not gonna hun, my mam and hubby av given me a telling off and told me to slow down.
xxx I think ill have a nice bath and early night and have a gud ole lie in 2moz!! xx

Well no announcment just yet jstock!!
Was up at 3.20 this morning on the loo wid diarrhoea AGAIN!! Ad low back pain coming round to the front ov my pelvis this happened a few times, managed o go bk ova to sleep at 5ish, woke up with diarrhoea again and few pains, all in all sorry if tmi!!! been to loo 5 times already its just running from me!! I dont know wots appening as im feeling pains on and off, iv been getting pains for nearly a week now. Did anyone else have these things happening for this long, or is it just my body playing tricks on me??
Im seeing midwife at 1.50 today soo will see wwot she says. Hope you are all well xxxx

shell can you hurry up and have this baby. It must be a nightmare being ill so long before you have the baby. I hope the mw can do something to help you.

I am great thanks wishing I was due to give birth today . I got 7 weeks to my due date though I am going to try and get everything done ready for when baby arrives so I can stop calender watching.

Ohhh it will soon be here, my pregnancy has flown by but mayb now im at this stage its gonna go slow and drag!!!
I know wot ya mean about calander watching i was the same before i finished work i wud sit in the office and cross each day off the calander, thinking wohooo another day down, mad i know.

Oh I can't wait to get to your stage! Glad you had a great day yesterday, do you think the runs could be your body emptying out before labour?

Still ere!! Saw midwife yesterday, it was a different one than i usually see my own midwife off on hol, she sed everything was fine and baby is really low in my pelvis just a matter ov waiting, not sure if the runs is linked ????? still waiting to find out LOL, midwife went tru wot options i av they cant do anything untill ur term+8 days, im booked in at the hosp next friday for a sweep if nothing happens b4 then!! Keeping my fingers crossed i wont need a sweep or induced but i guess these things happen.

Staylucky u must be getting excited about finishing work hun, how far along are u???
