Breech Baby - tips for turning please

My friend is 35 weeks and has just discovered baby no 3 is breech! she wants to know safe ways to help the baby turn without the hospital intervention - ouch! Anyone been through same thing?

Yes but none worked. Please don't let you friend be lead up the moxi? whatever it is path. Apply sense to an obvious waste of time and money!

Lots of time on hands and knees to give baby space.

no experience but have heard that and ice pack on the small of your back for as long as you can stand it can help or laying on you back with your feet in the air for a while every day.
as i say these are not proven theories just thing people have told me.
