I am just over 5 weeks pregnant and haven't had any morning sickness yet.
Have started eating breakfast (never really did before) usually Shreddies, Wheatabix or Special K and drinking milk. Am also eating 3 - 4 pieces of fruit a day.
All good.
but for lunches I have been having Salad (Tomato, cucumber, baby spinach etc), some ham and some bread or ryvita or a pitta bread with salad and Humous. I've not been eating huge slabs of meat and 2 veg or anything like that and it just seems like not very much.
Evening meal is usually something meaty with potatoes and veg, or pizza/pasta sometimes etc.
I just hear about people getting a HUGE appetite, but I haven't so far.
Am I doing the right things? Am also drinking a couple of litres of water a day and Orange juice...
