Dizzy spells what to do

I am 7 weeks pregnant and have been feeling really dizzy - even just when in bed - I don't remember this with ds - what can I do about it any tips.

Tell your doctor and get your iron levels checked. I had this and ended up fainting numerous times. when it happenens sit down and try to keep still until it passes. Hope you feel better soon.

You could try some support tights to keep the blood flowing from your legs. Also grazing throughout the day helps, stop your blood sugars from getting too low which can cause dizziness.

Thanks for the replies - am seeing the doctor on Monday so will mention it then. I'm pretty good at grazing
