raspberry leaf tablets and tea

can u take both at the same time or is it just one or the other?

Don't know but looking on the box I have for tea & Tablets they both have a limit of the amount you can take. I would suggest taking one or the other.Not sure if it can cause you any problems if you take more than the recommended amount but they must give a recommended amount for a reason..... I started at week 37 on the tea and now at week 38+ i'm on the tablets. Also depends on what you prefer.Don't forget you are not advised to take it prior to week 37 but check with you mw. HTH

It is one or the other. There is a maximum doseage you can take within one day. But I can't remember what it is, something like 1200mg per day (but don't hold me to this) I think the tablets are better as they don't taste of anything. Whereas you have to drink the tea, so its a bit more yucky. You can get high dose tablets, take a look in the health food shops. They should be able to advise you too.
