Positve line whilst on Microgynon

I hope someone can help, have looked on net but cant find anything.
I am on the pill but before coming on it had a couple of accidents.
I already have 2 kids and have been feeling certain symptoms. Did a test today and there is a line. could this be a fake postive?
I need to know if there is hCG in microgynon.

Am not an expert, but the pill will not give you a false positive (as it does not contain HCG or anything similar). The possible explanations are that you are pregnant, that the test was a dud (unlikely) or that you read the test results after the time limit and the line is an evaporation line (only you know if this is right). If in doubt, test again tomorrow but in the meantime I might just stop taking the pill if I were you...

I was on microgynon for approx 6 years and there were times i thought i was late and i tested and it was always negative, I dont think you would get a positive result whilst on microgynon

Microgynon does not contain any Hcg (only oestrogen & progesterone). Modern home pregnancy kits are very sensitive and have very low (but not zero) false +ve rates. If you have a doubt repeat the test with an early/morning urine sample (ie. a concentrated sample) using a different brand of testing kit, that should give you a definitive result!
