I had mmc at 11wks couple years ago. The aftermath of the bleed of the MMc, (if that makes sense) was 4 last week, and fast asleep.

There is light at the end of the tunnel, trust me. x

I miscarried at 10 weeks in March and am now 5 or 8 weeks preg, yet to have a scan to confirm.

dd2 was born 5 weeks after the one I lost should have arrived.

ds arrived 14 months later.

Success enough?

congratulations

(you probably won't relax for the next nine months, but try and enjoy your pregnancy as much as you can)

congratulations. Didn't realise you wre preggers already.

You'll be fine, there's a little angel yet to come to you, and this will be it.

i got pg first month after a mc at 6 weeks and had a healthy baby born at term

i had one period after the mc so was easy to work out dates

i dont think there is any evidence that getting pg straight away affects the health of the baby

kickassangel · 15/05/2009 01:18

my sister had a mc, then got preg immediately (1 week later?) & no probs, well, not until my niece turned 5, she's been a madam ever since

SNOWBall4girlz · 15/05/2009 01:22

me too
had mc then got pregnant straight away
mc was about 16 wks needed a d&c
daughter is 8 now and had two more since all healthy

Had MC at 7 weeks, fell pregnant straight away - had DS 6 weeks after my first due date.
It wasn't the easiest pregnancy emotionally. I was so convinced that I was going to MC again. I tried not to let myself bond too much, just in case. I felt quite guilty talking about the "new" pregnancy as it felt that everyone had forgotten about the other little one who hadn't made it. At times I felt that I hadn't had enough time to grieve properly for the baby that we'd lost.It does get easier though. Keep talking about how you're feeling. Wishing you a very happy and healthy pregnancy x

Hello

I had an mc four years ago and was devastated. Allowed my body to have one period and then went for it! The result is downstairs covered in chicken pox and playing with his lego! My best mate has just had a mc and wants to go for it again straight away and was told (by nurse) the body is v fertile after mc - not sure why. Good luck!

I had my 12 week scan with my first pregnancy, unfortunately I had a blighted ovuum and had an ERPC. I didn't even have a period between that and my next pregnancy test! We had sex once without contraception, and the result is off nursery as she has a cold.

Good luck, you will be fine!
