Hello all.

DP and I have just sorted out our sex life.

We have had sex about 4 times so far since being pregnant.

I had had a few early bleeds which have been put down to nothing more serious than possible cervical erosions. We were advised not to have sex till after 20 wk scan. Thats the last time we did have sex.

We have come to realise that we were not really being as open as we could of been regarding our sex life and therefore NO type of sex has been happening even though non-penetrative sex would of been okay. Sadly it seemed we had never really found a way of being up front enough to just do other things.

Long!!!!! story short we have had a huge chat and in the last couple of days have had the BEST non-penetrative sex we've ever had, really intense and both of us very comfortable and we have talked more while doing things than ever before.

Coming to my question, do you think it's okay to suddenly start having all these orgasms now at 32 weeks and I'm considering going for it later and having full ( gentle ) sex.

Well I had a few orgasms at 36 weeks that did me no harm and DS didn't appear till wk 41. If your early bleeds etc were not discovered to be indications of any problems with the PG then you are probably fine to continue - though it might be worth asking your MW if she is sympathetic
It's fairly well-known that orgasms can start labout when you are ready to go into labour, so if your LO doesn't seem to want to arrive you could bear that in mind.
Good luck anyway.

Hi! My H and I are still have sex - sometimes pentrative, sometimes non-penetrative and I am 40 weeks on Saturday. My bump does go hard after orgasm - like braxton hicks, and I think it must be good for my muscles and also good for the baby with all the endorphins etc. I say - go for it!
