Can you use Lanisoh (spelling) cream in pregnancy?

My nipples are sore.

They have little white patches/blobs on them. These can be picked or rubbed off (grim I know).
I had this before I was pregnant too.
I'm pretty sure I showed this to a midwife whilst pregnant with dd and she said it wasn't thrush. I thought maybe I still had it from my first pregnancy.( I got thrush when bf ds nearly 7 years ago)

Will Lanisoh help and is it safe?

I don't know what it is but lansinoh can't hurt and it is definitely safe. Probably worth talking to the mw about it though at your next appt

princessmel I have the little white blobs too I can also pick or rub them off and do so in the bath

I always thought it was early colostrum.

Vesta 1, Not sure if its that as these are just on the (don't know the real term for them) teat part of the nipple. The bit that actually goes in the babies mouth.

They are not on the areola part.

They are the size of sugar grains and the way they are dotted about I think they could be milk . They are sort of spaced apart like the holes the milk comes out of.
But I had them inbetween pregnancys. I know milk stays around a long time, so maybe it's that. I bf dd for 2and a half years and stopped about 18 months ago.

The nipples dont hurt now btw. Maybe they were sore as I had been picking...

i have these too, it's colostrum i think. i also have tiny patches on the inside of my bra by the end of the day, but not enough to need breast pads. totally normal from 5 ish months i believe.

princessmel, glad that they don't hurt anymore, but I would still advise against picking whatever it is - it is really easy to get that area infected.
