Such a heavy bump...

...it feels as though I going to fall on my face or it's going to drop off!

Seriously it is really, really uncomfortable. I remember having bump ache at about 36/38 weeks with DD but have had this feeling for the last week and have only just turned 30 weeks. I keep getting really heavy pulling sensations and can barely stand still for any amount of time without feeling really breathless and achey

I don't think it is a fitness thing as I exercised regularly before conceiving and have kept up a lot walking and preggy yoga (as well as chasing and carrying a 2 year old!).

Help!!

Can you get a bump support band? Sounds so uncomfortable I'm always whinging to myself about my lack of bump - it's times like this I'm grateful for it!

Try the Emma jane Maternity belt - not the most attractive item in my wardrobe but I can't bear to be without it after 25 weeks. Especially if wearing a dress. I even wore it with the across the bump bands with DS1 in later weeks for double support. It is basically a gigantic piece of elastic of the sort you might get in an child's elasticated skirt and stopped that horrid achey feeling

Ooooh Good idea! Didn't even occur to me and I have one sitting around that I was given when I found out I was expecting! Thanks
