Period pain and low back pain at 27 weeks, should I be worried?

I'm 27+1 weeks and since about 2.30pm today I have had low back pain and period type cramps.

Baby is moving around, but not as much as he normally does (but still around 10 times in 24hours)

Am I worrying over nothing or should I be ringing our delivery suite for advice?

I'm 26 weeks with first, so cannot advice. But I would probably be phoning to speak with a MW, it doesn't hurt to get yourself checked over.
