Has anyone found such a thing as a maternity belt (and I don't mean for support!)

What I mean is a belt you can wear to keep your trousers/jeans up ( I wear under-bump) but which has elastic inserts on the sides or back - just like maternity trousers.

I don't want a completely elastic one, but leather style ones really dig in when you sit down - it really needs to have a bit of 'give'. Theres no point having it on a bigger setting - doesnt hold them up so defeats object of having a belt!

I just cant find anything like that and short of making one myself I'm faced with the same issue as last pregnancy ie. undo me belt every time I sit down, and do them up again when I stand up. Always looks a bit dodgy

thats it really. any ideas welcome!

I gave up looking! My mum gave me a long neck-scarf (think dot cotton) that I have been using but now i have reached 36 weeks it doesnt quite do up where I need it to!

I have been living in my bump bands - you get 3 for £10 in New Look, but with my last pregnancy I bought them in Hennes. They are great as you can wear them inside or over your trousers and although they dont keep your trousers up, they do help a little and they stop you flashing your builders cleavege to the world!

I got some awesome jeans from red herring, they're over bump but the comfiest pair of jeans I have ever owned, will be sad to see them go when baby arrives!!
