quick question looking for advice

I am 33+3 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I have been experiencing stinging/stabbing pains only in my right boob at the nipple area and was wondering what could be causing this, could this be the start of milk building up? i thought this wouldn't happen to much nearer or after my due date. I have been having these pains for a few days now and it has been bugging me.

Any help would be appreciated

Hiya, I had exactly what you are describing though not til around 34-35 wks and I assumed it was them getting ready to produce milk. Never found out what it was but I'm now successfully bfeeding so just assume it was normal.
