Shooting pains across shoulder??

Anyone know what might be causing me to have shooting pains across my shoulder? Am 21 weeks and due to fly to Florida tomorrow so slightly alarmed - they're not really painful and not that often but often enough to notice!

yep - 2 days ago, was fine

Trapped nerve?

Do you get them at particular times or when you are doing something?

got it when i stood up quickly a couple of times but seems to have stopped now (might be the soothing effects of a chocolate eclair)
