Bump hasn't dropped though, and the pain is constant rather than episodic and slightly veering towards my left hip. No vaginal secretions - this is sciatica, right, not labour?? (First timer!)

I'm at the same stage as you. Not that likely to be labour but you can always call your mw for a chat and some reassurance. Probably just the normal aches and pains of lugging around a bubba inside you

Thanks Silk and Herbie, I am avoiding sitting still and alternating between hot water bottles and baths!

Good luck Silk with your precious delivery.

Hi, agree with herbieta, sounds a bit pelvic girdle-ish to me! Well worth getting some advice, I have been suffering with this on and off from about 28 weeks.

It was only after advice, I found out the the type of activities I was doing - swimming (breaststroke) and some yoga stretches were actually making it worse.

Got to see physio via GP for advice and treatment. Now have a delightful corset to wear to support my hips and pelvis when walking about (though such a PITA to put on!!)
good luck x
