Really nauseous - third trimester - should I be concerned?

Well, just that really.

Have spent all night lying awake fighting nausea.

Not sure if it's a common thing (didn't happen with DS) or if could be a sign of something ominous.

My ms came back with DS for the last six weeks sorry. I think it's actually quite common.

Am just debating wether I should phone midwife but really don't want to spend all morning in the hospital just to find out I am in glowing health.

Plus DS at home with horrid cold and don't want to drag him in too.

Think will have tea and toast and hope it goes away.

Thanks for replying Picante!
