Anyone else pooing/pooed loads in the last few weeks of pregnancy?

Ok, this is prob TMI, but I'm coming to the end stages of pregnancy and I am constantly pooing - about 6/7 times a day. It's all quite "loose" and often preceded by Braxton Hicks - or maybe it's stomach cramps?

So, is this normal? And if so, am I likely to be attached to the porcelain bowl for the rest of my preg?

(I definitely never had this with precious pregnancy)

I think this is quite normal, the little one is probably pressing down on your bowel making you want to go more often! im 26 weeks and im going more than usual!! With you being near the end, the baby is quite big now he/she is probably all squashed up and moving about loads causing havoc with your organs!!
If your worried you see your doctor but i bet its completely normal!

Thanks Vicky. No need to see my doctor, just wanted to know if this was normal, and if so whether it stayed til the end (so I can buy extra loo roll when I do my next shop )
