Very low baby or just the trampoline effect?

I am 19/20 weeks pg and for the last few weeks the baby has felt like it is using my cervix as a trampoline, it just feels so low down. I remember this feeling with DD but at a much later stage- 36weeks.
I feel like I am permenantly walking like John Wayne as I can feel it down there all the time.
Is this normal? I'm slightly worried that this could be a low lying placenta- I have a scan on Friday so will find out more then. I am just slightly concerned that the baby feels so low.
Is there anyone else with this feeling?
Many thanks.

I felt exactly like that, the baby is just really low down, Im 33 weeks now and it is still low down but nobody has ever seemed concerned about it.

same here, baby is low down and doctor agreed based on the scan. our doctor is not concerned so am just getting used to it

glad I am not the only one feeling like that!

ditto Beccabump.

At 24 weeks most of my kicks are still around the hairline

I have a high anterior placenta if that's any consolation.
