nervous about scan tomorrow

Its my dating scan tomorrow and im really nervous even though this is my 2nd pregnancy so i shouldnt be, am worried as i havent been as sick as I was with ds so am nervous that there will be something wrong with the baby or that there will be nothing on the scan, even though i do have quite a few symptoms. does everyone get this before a scan? thanks for reading my post. Think it's a very common worry. You're never quite sure anything is there until you feel it move, I think.

Have seen loads of ladies say on here that their sickness was different for different pregnancies, so I wouldn't worry!
