Does anyone know how long it will take for my Sure Start grant to be paid?

DC2 due in mid-june. I filled in the forms today. Has anyone had theirs paid recently, and if so when did you send off your forms?

Please reassure me I'll have the money in plenty of time!

IF its the surestart maternity grant you will get it pretty quickly. Probably before the end of this week coming and definetly (in my experience) by the end of the next week. If its the health in pregnancy grant then I have noooooooooooooooo idea lol

if it takes more than a week and a half chase it up because they are supposed to come throught asap as you are near then end of your pregnancy, mine only took a week and sis with 4 kids says all hers came within a week.
