Well eventually it feels harder, but for the first trimester IME you generally can't feel it at all (because it is tucked away in the pelvis).

Mine has gone pretty hard (once you get past the layers of flab on top)

i dont know whether i can feel it myself, havent tried. wouldnt know where to start lol! had an internal at the hosp and doc said it was hard.
