I keep getting what feels like cramp (not contractions) on my bump.

I am 27+2, I have been a bit sore in this one area (right hand side at top of bump) for a couple of days. It has been getting increasingly more painful.

I was sat at the computer listing some items on ebay when I got this awful cramp in that area. It feels like the cramp you get in your calf's.

I couldn't breath in very well, only in short bursts IYSWIM and I couldn't move. DH tried to help me up but I couldn't as it hurt way too much and I was doubled over.

I am now even more sore in that area and across the rest of my bump.

Anyone else had this?, Know what it is.

Baby hasn't been moving as much as usual and I thought it could be as she is getting bigger and there not being as much room as there was.

This is my second PG and I never had this with DD.

Hiya when were you last checked by MW? Have you had BP and urine checked recently?
It could just be ligaments stretching, I had loads of niggles like that, but also worth a quick check with MW to make sure no raised BP etc. Pain in that area is one of the things they ask me about when checking me. Past history of PE.

Shortness of breath needs checking out too IMO

Thank you, I am at the MW tomorrow morning. It hasn't happened again but I am still sore and tender.

I did wonder if it was just things stretching etc, but it was so intense even now I feel sore from it.

My BP was checked when I last saw my cardiologist a couple of weeks ago and all was normal, I have never had BP probs even when pg. Although I had had some really bad dizzy spells like my BP could be a little low.

Urine not checked recently, but have had a bad urine infection which I had to have anti b's. That has all cleared now and was about 6 weeks ago.

What is PE?
