Pains at 6weeks 2days

Like a few other threads i am 6 weeks pregnant and have like this pain that feels likebetween really bad gas and like someone is trying to stretch the hell out of my stomach its not painful but is very uncomftable and dont know what to do with my other 2 pregnancies i didnt have this feeling and with my 2 miscarriages i never had pain so i am unsure if ne1 could help would be great

hi i'm 8+1 weeks today with my fourth pregnancy ( i have a daughter from my first and 2 mc's in the middle)
I did'nt have stretching pains with my first but stabbing pains , and did'nt have any pains at all with my 2 mc's until i lost them .
With this pregnancy i've had loads of stretching aches and pains like a period pain but slightly different and i took it as a good sign ! and my scan on friday showed baby and heartbeat doing great so they must have been a good thing
