Moan about tiredness

I know it's part and parcel of pregnancy, but I am so flipping tired!! I've started waking up about 6-8 times a night now, usually once an hour. I don't know if the baby's moving and waking me or if I'm just uncomfortable or what. Is there ANYTHING I can do to sleep a bit better, anyone know? I just feel shattered all the time.

Wouldn't be so bad if I was on maternity leave but still got another few weeks to go.

Nope, it's just rubbish. I think I now hate pregnancy. I'm 20 weeks and supposedly in the 'blooming' phase. i hate to think what is going to happen once i hit the 'tired' phase. sigh. i'm thinking of getting one of those maternity body pillows. tried it?

I've got one of the V shaped ones, which sometimes helps but then when I move (I switch sides a lot during the night) I have to take it with me and it ends up being a right performance and I'm practically wide awake by the time I've moved.

Actually, I did have a time some time after 20 weeks and before about 30 (I'm 34 weeks now) where sleeping wasn't too bad and I was "only" waking up around 3 times a night, so you might find you get an easier bit soon - hope so!
