Goodness knows I can hardly spell it, but can you eat it in pregnancy?

I have been. Having said that it could be a banned product for all I know!

Unfortunately, it depends on what recommendation you want to follow... It is one of those things that probably is ok, but might not be wise to go over the top with.

You'll have to go by what you are comfortable with. You can also ask your midwife for input as well....some midwives will say no problem, others will say best to avoid to be on the safe side.

It's raw fish eggs so probably technically not recommended, however you can buy it pasteurised.
I have had it throughout my pregnancy, not loads of it but at least once a week.

Any clues where I can get it pasteurised?
I normally can't stand it, but I have had the biggest craving for the fishiness!
