as anyone experianced aching thighs in pregnancy???

hi im currently 37weeks pregnant and since waking up this morning ive had the most horrible aching thighs on the inside its there constantly and is quite sore and stiff to walk. has anybody else had this and if so what is it? thanks

Um... not during pregnancy but my mum, myself and best friends have had really sore thighs during labour!

Have you had any other signs?

ive been getting like a dull period sort of ache on and of too the thighs are becoming really sore now really aching just to stand up for a short period.

Could it be SPD? Are you only really pain-free when you don't move?
