I have an (almost) 3 year old a 4 month old and would like one more child to complete our family and although my DH agrees we cannot agree on when the best time to start trying is. I think a 2 year age gap is nice but my DH thinks sooner, what do you think?

Go for the smallest gap you think you can cope with

when you are ready IMO.

i am 32 and i know that is not old but have had two miscarriages (between the children) and am scared that if i leave it too long and miscarry again there will be a massive age gap which i don't want. Don't know if i am panicking over nothing though.

3 children under 5 will be hard work, but plenty of people have done it!

We've always wanted 3 children. We had a 2 year age gap with DS1 and DS2 and I definitely did not wan't the same age gap again.

I am 11 weeks pg with no.3. and my youngest will be 4 when the baby is born. Although I am happy with this for our sanity, I sometimes think it would have been nice for them to have been a bit closer in age.
