Can anybody kindly shed some light on what this comment means in my report from my ultrasound yesterday? Thanks

The adnexae basically means the bits to either side i.e tubes/ovaries I think, so "no adnexal masses" mean no obvious ectopic/cysts etc. No free fluid means that - there is no fluid free in the abdominal cavity - i.e no signs that you have ruptured anything, or of inflammation/infection. Am by no means educated in these matters and am sure someone with a better grasp will be along soon! HTH

Lovely, thank you. I think that makes sense!

Hi guys. I'm 42 days pregnant. Yesterday did my beta hcg and it's in borderline that is 13.06 ml really worried as to whether it ll continue or not. Urine test is showing faint positive and doc has prescribed progesterone tab. It's my 5th week of pregnancy no sac seen yet neither in the womb nor in the tubes and no andexnal free fluid present. What should i do am i going to miscarry this time?
