Midwife thinks babys heads gone down (cephalic) so and seems to have its bottom out to the front.

How far along are you? If you don't have much farther to go, usually baby will stay put and in an anterior position.

There is some thought that your posture in the last few weeks may play a role in their presentation as well. Wouldn't hurt to avoid reclining positions, and even better to try leaning slightly forward when you sit...helps to put some pillows behind you for added support. The idea is that since the heaviest part of a newborn is their head, particularily the back of their head, you may be able to help avoid a posterior position with how you sit. Can't hurt to try! This does become even more important, however, with the positions you use during labour.
