Pre-natal Pilates

Hello,
Just wondering if any of you have managed to track down a good pre natal pilates class. I've been doing pilates for over 2 years after a prolapsed disc. I'm now 12 weeks pregnant but my instructor says I have to stop at 16 weeks and find something pre-natal. Can't afford to do private lessons and my back is already twinging at the thought of not doing anything. I'm in North London, Palmers Green but can travel anywhere in a 5 mile radius.

Any recommendations appreciated.

No, but I had terrible SPD during my first pregnancy, so during my second pregnancy I was referred by my midwife to a (NHS) women's health physio at UCH, who gave me a set of pilates-based exercises to practice during pregnancy and ran through how to practice them safely at home. I started practising them at 14 weeks and did them daily right up until the end - mde a huge difference to how I felt during my pregnancy and to my recovery afterwards.
