morning sickness waking me up night??!!

yes. i kept waking up dreaming about old sausage rolls and pizza...consequently felt very sick at 2am 3am and 5am.... then ALL day. anyone else got this problem?

Try and eat something high in carbs before you go to bed. I wake up at night and feel sick if I haven't filled myself up on something before I sleep. I normally have a bagel or some toast and it does help. Also, don't leave bed in the morning until you've eaten something, like a couple of biscuits or breakfast if you can. Try and eat/snack often through the day. Hope it eases up for you soon. I feel rough most days as well

Keep rice crackers or oatcakes next to the bed for nibbling on - if you can't keep them down, try sucking on a peppermint.

I do sympathise - I'm waking up every night at 2 or 3 with a roiling miserable tum.

thanks gals. dh kindly baked me 4 baked potatoes!! its the only thing i want to eat right now..so i will go eat one now and save the rest for tomorrows lunch! ...the duck, noodles and hoisin sauce was a major no no this lunchtime!!!!

today at work, i kept snacking on cereal and raisens which seemed to work fairly well.. but when my assistant arrives back in 2 weeks, i think she will start to get suspicious! its just one big vicious circle of hungry = sick + food = makes me feel sick = dont eat much = feel sick!! hardly ate at all today. also put on so much weight with ds..and now 1 year later i am just back to pre-preg weight and am now having to face putting it all back on again...

I've been wearing nausea/travel sickness bans through the night as this was happening to me - and it's really helped me.

I can pretty much only eat cereal, bread or cheese at the moment and I'm also dreaming about enjoying nice food again

fatandiknowit!! me too!! yes my diet now consists of cereal, toast, cheese and jacket potatoes. also loving sparkling water. i will dig out my sickness bands. The jacket potato before bed worked tho-i slept the whole night through!!!!!!!
