MW just called and asked to do repeat bloods the hospital have found a low level antibody in my blood.

She rang hospital while here and the person said they don't know what it is they don't think it is serious but need to recheck and I will get result back on Friday when I have y scan and let e know if I need any further investigation

I am 34 weeks btw and feel fine (just tired).

I'm sure you are fine and it's probably something to do with a minor infection or iron levels or something.

If they were very worried they would have you in now, yesterday even iyswim.

Hi scorpio I think I am a bit more worried because none of my other pgs ever had anything like this .

It was also a bit scary having mw just turn up .

I am also at the stage in pg where every little twinge convinces me I am about to give birth .

I bet MW was just passing on another visit, so not an urgent thing, iyswim. Also you have had alot of stress this time round and extra little things may happen as a result of that, i bet. Also i know you have more babies than me but i find each pg slightly physically harder than the last, you know?

Get osme rest and get someone to buy you more easter eggs

agree with scorpio, anything they thought was THAT bad they would have you in now, just wait it out and you'll know in 3days time its not too long, good luck will more than likely come back normal they said they dont think its anything serious, keep smiling x

In my experience it is more likely the lost your results but don't like to admit it, so make some minor thing up to take them again.

I have had at least 1/3 of my pg bloods lost.

I had a very similar situation with ds2. I got a letter one day saying antibodies had been detected and dh and i had to have our blood tested. I was around 35 weeks I think. I was worried too but the levels were low and it was fine. They said that had they been detected earlier then they would have measured them regularly but as I was so far on and and ds2 was a good size then there was no problem. They noted it for the paeds in case there were any problems when ds2 was born and said that I would be tested in future pregnancies. ds2 was fine but it caused me a lot of stress until I finally had it all explained.
