Isn't it too early for this? Leaky boobs!

I'm 20 weeks now with first, and for the last 4-5 weeks have been noticing boob leakage. Last night it was so bad I woke up with spots on the sheets and some nice crusty stuff across my nipples (helpfully pointed out by DH).

I didn't think this happened so early in pregnancy. I'm guessing it's probably normal, but just wasn't expecting it so soon. Noticing crusty bits on the inside of my bra too, blech. Don't want to be wearing pads just yet!

Hope it means breastfeeding will work out ok.

Mine started leaking at before 20 weeks in my first pg as well, even had some squirting going on sometimes! As far as Im aware its normal, didnt breastfeed but did have lots of milk. Happened in my 2nd pregnancy at the same time but not as often or as much. I didnt wear pads, found it was worse when I wasnt wearing a bra.

Leaky boobs is how I found out I was pregnant this time! Leaky boobs at 4 weeks is scary :p

First pg I was regularly leaking from about 18 weeks - just slept ona towel.
