ealy symptoms and preg tests

hey everyone, i was just wondering out of curiosity if anyone had really early preg symptoms, i had sore boobs and was really tired about a week or so after conception, have pcos so was my first indication to take a preg test. also what is everyones opinion on how early you can take a preg test???

dont drive yourself crazy, you'll only be disappointed and even the early ones show early for like 56% of women.
