Mild Pain to Right Hand Side

Hi

I have mild and intermittent pain in my right hand side. Its so mild I'm not sure its there and don't want to be melodramatic! No other (additional) symptoms but when its there is seems better if I stand straighter?

Its kind of started in the left side too a little so hopefully that's a good thing.

Any ideas? Am worried about the obvious but not sure if the pain is too mild and I have just been wearing too tight clothes. I think am 7 weeks today. V unsure of dates but clearblue conception test last week said 5+.

Sorry for long post but in view of the above I was also going to tell my boss today, because I just find making up excuses for being off etc so difficult. She is very good and has not long had a baby herself so do you think this is a good idea?

go get a wee test done. pain on left left or right side is sometimes kidney related. It could be a UTI which needs antibiotics or something more serious

Thanks for reply. Think I am being melodramatic as its pretty much gone now. I am paranoid central I think! Will keep and eye though.

Not really worse, but after going away it has come back again so think I will go to the docs tomorrow just to see.
