late pregnancy and being an idiot!!! - Maternity notes

I am not having a good day memory wise!!

35 weeks pregnant. Went to the shop for some potatoes for dinner. Spent 100 quid on groceries - forgot the potatoes!!!!!

Now I have just realised that, after having my notes with me everywhere I go and being the subject of many jibes from my friends, I have left my notes in my work bag in my office. I have a midwife appointment first thing tomorrow- Will she still see me without the notes?

They will at our hospital (have done it a number of times).

They have a form for recording the vital stats (or whatever it is they're interested in) and you stick it in your notes.
