which raspberry leaf tablets to get???

I have had these before but cannot remember which ones I took.
I have seen ones with 750mg and other with 400mg or 500mg. Which would you go for.
I am 36wks.

Hope someone else can suggest too. I'm going to get these ready for further into pregnancy. (tea didn't do much for me last time)

RLT helps to make your contractions more efficient (by toning your uterus) and you can continue to take them after the birth to help it contract back down.

I think I had 400mg tablets last time and took them morning & night - I imagine whichever dosage you buy the instructions will tell you how many to take so that you don't take too much/little iyswim.

I got mine from a Herbalist shop locally and the herbalist told me how many to take and when to take them.

Nutty, you had 800 mg in total then.

Sure that a MW told me that you can't really overdose.
BUT, that was probably referring to the tea which I assume is not so potent.

That website is cheaper than my local herbal shop, but haven't looked at P and p yet!
