I'm 33 weeks pg with my 2nd which varies between lying breach and transverse. I'm so uncomfotable I can't get relaxed enough to sleep. Has anyone tried any of the cushions available? Or any tips at all might save me from becoming more of a walking zombie that I am just now!

I am 32 weeks with my second and find it very difficult too.

I have my nursing pillow (V shaped) which I shove between my legs and I have one end of the V pulled under my bump to help support it and the other end of the V against my back to keep me from rolling back. I find this the most comfortable but even still I toss and turn.

You can also try to prop yourself up a little with pillows if you get reflux like I do

Try a warm bath or shower before bed. I find if I take a nice shower and lather myself in lotion (for itching lol) it makes it easier for me to unwind...

Could also try camomile tea which can be calming.

If desperate, piriton is very safe in pregnancy and helps with sleep. I took it with first pregancy (prescribed by GP) due to itchiness and second because of anxiousness, being v uncomfortable and needing the rest in order to also cope with a toddler in the day!
