There are certain positions you can lie in that are supposed to help the baby to turn.
One is to lie on your back with your pelvis raised on cushions and your knees bent.
If you search on the net you'll find quite a bit about it.
Good luck with it. My DS never turned and came out feet first!

Google "moxibustion" - itis a chinese technique that worked for two people I know.

I tried all the leaning forward on a chair/fit ball and All fours positions, to turn my back to back baby - sent him breech! (aswell as back to back, and footling, all undiagnosed!)

You can try finding a chiropractor who does Webster's Breech-Turning Technique.

Yeah, that one made me laugh as well!

Also, when I treat pregnant women (I am a chiropractor, but I live in Canada, so not much actual hands-on use to you), I usually work on the hip flexors (the muscles just inside the front of the hip bones), as well as the inner thigh muscles. Ensuring that these are relaxed will help your pelvis to open up so baby's head can drop into the pelvic inlet when he/ she turns.

Good luck!

I have spd as well so the idea of working my hip muscles sounds a bit painful lol

Mind you everything is painful at the moment
